Elvish Yadav sent to 14 days custody, action taken in snake venom supply case

Elvish Yadav Case: Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner and YouTuber Elvish Yadav has been sent to 14-day custody. The court has given its verdict while hearing the snake venom supply case. Today Elvish was called for questioning, after questioning he was arrested with evidence and presented in the court. Now the YouTuber has been sent on remand for 14 days, during which he will remain in Luksar jail.
DCP Central Noida, Vidya Sagar Mishra said regarding the case that it is a matter of investigation, it was a case of wild life protection. DCP said, evidence has been found and arrests have been made accordingly. Judicial custody of 14 days has been demanded, his custody was not sought. Earlier there was an FIR under Wildlife Protection, after investigation, NDPS Act was also added against Elvish Yadav. If names of some more people come to light in further investigation, action will be taken accordingly.

The names of 6 more people including Elvish had come to light in the case of supplying snake venom at a party in Sector 51 of Noida.
Elvish Yadav may face 10 years in jail
Noida Police has registered a case against Elvish Yadav under IPC, Wildlife Protection Act and NDPS Act. If Elvish is found guilty under the NDPS Act, he could be jailed for up to 10 years.
