Why did Helen leave Myanmar and come to India?

According to media reports, Helen had said in her interview, ‘Around 1943, during the Second World War, the Japanese Army had sent many families from Myanmar to Assam. My family was also among those families. We were very troubled during that time but our family came to India to escape the Japanese occupation of Burma. After some time, Helen and her family came to Mumbai from Assam.

Helen was born on 21 November 1938 in Yangon, Myanmar (now Burma). Helen’s fathers were Marlen Richardson and Zerag. In 1957, Helen married Prem Narayan Arora, from whom she separated in 1974. Helen married Salim Khan in 1981 and is still with him. Salman Khan is Helen’s step son, but he loves Helen like his real mother. Helen lives with her entire family including Salim Khan and his first wife Salma Khan.

According to reports, Helen has also acted in many films but she became famous in the industry as a dancer. He gave dance numbers in about 300 films and even today he is recognized for his dance.
